Consent strategy and applications
Work may include an early permitted-activity and consent-pathway review, scoping the necessary technical investigations, preparing the planning assessment and Assessment of Environmental Effects, coordinating specialists, responding to further-information requests and negotiating workable conditions.

The wording of an existing consent can be as important as obtaining a new one. Relevant experience
Peter’s background includes physical geography and hydrology, approximately ten years working on freshwater and consent matters for Fish & Game, farmer and rural-policy work with Federated Farmers, regional planning and South Westland water-quality monitoring. He has worked across hundreds of water-consent matters from an affected-party, policy and planning perspective.
Specialist hydrology, engineering, nutrient, ecological or legal evidence is commissioned where required. Wilson Environmental’s role is to ensure those inputs answer the questions that will actually determine the planning decision.
